鍍鋅鋼板從生產(chǎn)工藝上分有電鍍鋅及熱浸鍍鋅兩種。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)，電鍍鋅指借助外界直流電的作用，在溶液中進(jìn)行電解反應(yīng)，

使鋼板（導(dǎo)電體金屬）的表面沉積一層金屬或合金層（鋅）；熱鍍鋅鋼板是以冷熱軋鋼帶為基板經(jīng)過(guò)連續(xù)熱浸鍍鋅工藝而生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的，

其耐腐性能超過(guò)電鍍鋅品種，也是建筑中最常用的。由于鋅的保護(hù)特性，鍍層的厚度就成為考核鍍鋅鋼板的指標(biāo)之一。

熱浸鍍層表面在凝固時(shí)均出現(xiàn)鍍層金屬的結(jié)晶花紋，結(jié)晶花紋的大小與鋅液中其它合金元素的種類及含量、結(jié)晶核多少、原板厚度及光滑度、

鍍鋅層厚度、鋅花晶體的生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間等因素有關(guān)。早期的鍍鋅鋼板由于鋅液中?；煊秀U顯示出灰暗的鋅花，

現(xiàn)代的鍍鋅鋼板由于鍍層合金的控制常顯現(xiàn)出銀白色光亮的效果。
