鍍鋅板由于涂鍍工藝中處理方式不同，表面狀態(tài)也不同，如普通鋅花、細(xì)鋅花、平整鋅花、無鋅花以及磷化處理的表面等。

鍍鋅板應(yīng)具有良好的外觀，不得有對產(chǎn)品使用有害的缺陷，如無鍍、孔洞、破裂以及浮渣、超過鍍厚、擦傷、鉻酸污垢、白銹等。

國外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對具體外觀缺陷規(guī)定都不十分明確。一般說來，只有結(jié)構(gòu)用、拉伸用和深沖用鍍鋅板有抗拉性能要求。其中結(jié)構(gòu) 用鍍鋅板要求有屈服點、

抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率等；拉伸用只要求伸長率。鍍鋅板帶鋼產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于建筑、輕工、汽車、農(nóng)牧漁業(yè)及商業(yè)等行業(yè)。

其中建筑行業(yè)主要用于制造防腐蝕的工業(yè)及民用建筑屋面板、屋頂格柵等；輕工行業(yè)用其制造家電外殼、民用煙囪、廚房用具等，

汽車行業(yè)主要用于制造轎車的耐腐蝕部件等；農(nóng)牧漁業(yè)主要用做糧食儲運(yùn)、肉類及水產(chǎn)品的冷凍加工用具等；商業(yè)主要用作為物資的儲運(yùn)、

包裝用具等。

and automobile industry is mainly used for manufacturing corrosion-resistant parts of cars; agriculture,

animal husbandry and fishery are mainly used for grain storage and transportation, meat and aquatic products; commercial uses as material storage,

transportation and packaging equipment.
