The SCXI-1124 (Part Number: 776572-24) is a 6-channel isolated Analog Output Module for static DC (low bandwidth) voltage or current signals. The maximum update rate is 555 S/s for one channel and 125 S/s per channel for all six channels. The NI SCXI-1124 incorporates six autonomously isolated, 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) channels. The user can arrange each channel for voltage or current output. For voltage, the user has the option to pick any of the accessible three unipolar or three bipolar ranges. For current, each channel outputs between 0 to 20 mA.
This Analog Output Module is software configurable and incorporates a locally available EEPROM for saving calibration constants. In multiplexed serial mode, one DAQ gadget controls at least one SCXI-1124 module through the SCXIbus by utilizing a serial computerized information convention. This method of activity utilizes a maximum of five computerized I/O lines of the module DAQ gadget.
