河道擋土墻模具是伴隨著對混凝土擋土墻的定制模式而言的，從擋土墻模具的加工來看，以階梯型的為主，尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為200*100*50厘米，全部應(yīng)用在河道兩側(cè)，層層遞加的模式。河道擋土墻模具的詳細(xì)說明大部分是由鋼材做成的，得到客戶需要的尺寸和圖紙之后，我們交給工廠，讓工廠的師傅幫我們加工打磨，選用的鋼模板一是因為它容易打磨并且耐用，第二個原因就是它材質(zhì)比較輕便，方便工人的拆卸和運輸。打磨后的模具表面更加光滑平穩(wěn)，更加美觀不易生銹，河道擋土墻模具都是采用空心的模式，這樣一來既節(jié)省了混凝土的用量，而且生產(chǎn)成本也降低了不少，空心構(gòu)造使得擋土墻預(yù)制塊并且更加結(jié)實耐用。在使用河道擋土墻模具的售后，工人在模具里面涂抹適量的潤滑油來方便脫模，然后就可以將攪拌好的混凝土緩緩倒入模板中，并且用震動棒不斷的進(jìn)行攪拌，這樣可以減少氣泡的產(chǎn)生，模板與混凝土中間沒有縫隙，使擋土墻更加堅固結(jié)實。在風(fēng)干后脫模，用鋼絲球和清潔劑對模板進(jìn)行簡單沖洗晾干完成后就可以進(jìn)行下一段防撞墻的制造了。The mold of river retaining wall is accompanied by the customized model of concrete retaining wall. After using the river retaining wall mold, workers apply a proper amount of lubricating oil in the mold to facilitate demoulding, and then can slowly pour the mixed concrete into the template, and use the vibrating rod to continuously mix, so as to reduce the generation of bubbles, there is no gap between the template and the concrete, making the retaining wall more solid. After air drying, demoulding, simply washing and drying the formwork with steel wire ball and detergent, the next section of anti-collision wall can be manufactured.
