Emax 2,再一次的飛躍

配電領域正在快速變革,能源效率、連接性和智能電網(wǎng)

等主要新趨勢正在涌入舞臺,并引發(fā)了新的客戶和應用

需求。為了滿足這些需求,ABB現(xiàn)在進一步改進了

Emax 2?,F(xiàn)在,Emax 2空氣斷路器已經成為一個多功

能平臺,能夠管理微電網(wǎng)等下一代電氣設備,發(fā)展成為

真正的電能管理器。

Emax 2是第一款符合所有新電網(wǎng)要求的空氣斷路器。

它可以直接與新能源管理云計算平臺ABB Ability智能配

電控制系統(tǒng)EDCS進行通信。

如果智能和即插即用架構為Emax 2帶來了易用性,尖

端的連接功能賦予了斷路器在生命周期內進化的能力。

憑借ABB Ability MarketplaceTM,即使已經安裝使用的

設備也可以進行功能升級。

Emax 2利用無與倫比的電氣性能,為當前和未來的需

求設定了新的斷路器基準。

獨有特性

Emax 2從斷路器到電能管理器的進化仍在繼續(xù)。它正在嵌入越來越多的功

能,成為管理“低壓配電系統(tǒng)”的一體化解決方案。

性能

Emax 2系列斷路器分為4種型號:E1.2、E2.2、E4.2和

E6.2,其額定不間斷電流最高可達6300A。這樣可以降

低母排尺寸和橫截面積,組成外形緊湊且額定電流等級

很高的開關柜。

所有型號的產品,其保護脫扣器、輔助回路連接和主要

附件均相同,大大簡化了設計與安裝。

此外,E2.2至E6.2的高度與深度也相同。

所有型號產品的額定短路分斷能力更高(自42kA至

150kA),可以滿足現(xiàn)代電氣系統(tǒng)的要求,使開關柜更

加標準統(tǒng)一。

Emax 2具有很高的短時耐受電流,再加上各種高效的

保護功能,因此在所有應用場合都可確保完全選擇性

保護。

Emax 2斷路器的設計精準,原材料精挑細選,外形尺

寸小巧緊湊,因此可以大大節(jié)省開關柜的安裝空間和成

本,同時保證產品的優(yōu)良性能不變。

Emax 2系列也擴展到了UL市場,最高電流可達6000A。

Emax 2空氣斷路器經認證符合IEC61557-12標準的1級

有功電能測量要求。它能檢測接近0的電流,可以滿足

能量效率的高要求,并完美地配合SCADA系統(tǒng)。

要實現(xiàn)電氣設施的最高效率,需要智能管理電能的使

用。出于這種原因,Emax 2斷路器采用了新型技術,

既可提高電氣系統(tǒng)的效率和可靠性,同時還能降低能

新的先進功能的保護脫扣器及通訊附件,使Emax 2成為

可最大限度地提高所有低壓電氣系統(tǒng)效率的斷路器。

控制

Emax 2斷路器是第一個可以管理低壓電氣設備的所有

動態(tài)的單臺設備。

現(xiàn)在,可以通過高級功能來管理任何條件下的負載,例

如:

? 負載智能投切:通過快速負載投切確保停電期間關

鍵負載的連續(xù)性。典型情況是低壓配電與電網(wǎng)(中

壓)斷開連接。

? PMS電能管理:專利算法,可降低功耗峰值,節(jié)省電

費。

管理不同的電源并將它們連接到主電網(wǎng),最大限度地

提高服務持續(xù)性。

? 嵌入式ATS:一種自動轉換開關系統(tǒng),用于所有需要

連續(xù)性且有多源電源的應用場合。

? 同步校驗邏輯:使電壓和頻率同步,以便將負載系統(tǒng)

重新連接到電力公司。

Emax 2能夠充當主電網(wǎng)狀況的控制器,在必要時斷

開負載系統(tǒng),并使保護功能適應并網(wǎng)或離網(wǎng)條件。

? 接口保護系統(tǒng):當電網(wǎng)電壓和頻率超出范圍時,檢查

主電網(wǎng)狀況和負載系統(tǒng)是否已斷開連接。

? 雙重設定保護:識別電網(wǎng)變化并自動設置閾值,以保

Emax 2系列斷路器可與所有自動化和電能管理系統(tǒng)

完美集成,以提高效率、降低能耗和實施遠程監(jiān)控。

所有斷路器都可配置與

Modbus、Profibus、DeviceNet? 協(xié)議和現(xiàn)代化

Modbus TCP、Profinet、EtherNet/IP?協(xié)議兼容的

通訊單元??ê惺侥K可直接輕松安裝到端子盒,或日

后另行安裝。 

此外,通過集成的通訊模塊(符合IEC61850),斷路器

可以連接到中壓配電領域廣泛使用的自動化系統(tǒng),以構

建智能化電網(wǎng),即智能電網(wǎng)。

也可通過藍牙使用EPiC移動應用程序訪問所有斷路器

設置和功能。這種遠程連接可以更安全地與設備進行

交互,從而減少弧光事故的風險。

此外,可通過Ekip Com Hub模塊輕松連接,將Emax 2

集成在ABB Ability?智能配電控制系統(tǒng)中,充分利用

云計算平臺的所有功能,如預測性維護、分析和報告下

載。
