免凍粉條生產(chǎn)工藝簡介
將淀粉喝水比例調(diào)漿后送入粉條機(jī)進(jìn)料口內(nèi)通過螺旋推進(jìn)裝置漿粉推進(jìn)粉條漏板漏出,采用水蒸氣原理,雙層水箱,給水加熱,蒸煮粉條機(jī)內(nèi)管,是粉條在螺旋推進(jìn)當(dāng)中得到成熟。采用雙螺旋更有利于粉條的熟化,粉條在成型過程中經(jīng)100度沸水煮熟,與手工制粉條的原理相同,沒有破壞粉絲的分子結(jié)構(gòu),所以和手工工藝相似。粉條機(jī)加工粉條比原手工節(jié)省人力、物力。大大的減少了淀粉的浪費(fèi)。一斤淀粉可以加工一斤粉絲(原手工加工為一斤淀粉7兩左右的粉絲)。
