淀粉機優(yōu)勢：

1：粉碎部分采用刺條式齒輥，拋棄以往手工沖刺方法。

2：鋼刺齒壽命是以往刺齒壽命三倍，并且磨損以后更換十分方便簡單。

淀粉機性能和技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、全封閉機體，無漏水、漏渣、漏漿現(xiàn)象.
2、整機穩(wěn)定性能好，噪音低。
3、可一次完成渣、漿分離，淀粉純凈，渣內(nèi)不含渣皮、渣塊、丁狀物。
4、節(jié)約耗材，自動進薯、破碎、分離、排漿、排渣。
5、刺輥帶水工作，縮短了渣粉漿空氣中的氧化反應(yīng)，提高淀粉純白度。

6、漿渣分離度98以上，殘渣含粉率2左右.
