淀粉機(jī)工作原理：

淀粉原料被送入喂料口后，在刺輥?zhàn)饔孟卤环鬯槌山z狀，并被帶進(jìn)錐磨座。在螺旋軸的推動(dòng)下，被擠進(jìn)由錐磨內(nèi)外殼形成的狹小縫隙中，在錐磨內(nèi)殼的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)作用下物料進(jìn)一步被擠壓、粉碎、研磨，從而使淀粉從纖維上游離出來(lái)。被研磨后的物料擠進(jìn)分離筒后在攪拌軸的作用下與水充分混合，其中游離的淀粉溶入水中，通過(guò)分離篩流出并被收集待用，剩余的渣滓在攪拌軸的推進(jìn)下，被推出分離筒外。
