MAM-900型柴動空氣壓縮機(jī)控制器（以下簡稱控制器）是由高性能單片微型計算機(jī)控制的全自動柴動空氣壓縮機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。采用最新型的MCU，結(jié)合先進(jìn)的控制技術(shù)，能精確的檢測與顯示柴油機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、油壓、氣溫、水溫、柴油液位、排氣壓力、排氣溫度等，并能根據(jù)用戶設(shè)定數(shù)據(jù)，對上述所測參數(shù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，發(fā)出相應(yīng)的控制信號，并能通過聲光信號進(jìn)行報警，提示給用戶。

 主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)

1.工作環(huán)境

①、工作環(huán)境溫度：-30℃～+80℃；相對濕度：≤98%；抗振＞4g。②、振動：2～25Hz，振幅1.6mm；25～100Hz，加速度±40m/S²。

2.轉(zhuǎn)速測量

①、測量范圍：0～9999rpm/min。②、測量誤差：≤±1rpm/min（測速齒輪在60齒以上）。

③、最高信號頻率：50KHz。④、傳感器：磁阻式轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器。

3.壓力測量

6．柴油液位測量

①、測量范圍：全范圍測量。②、測量精度1%。
