土豆淀粉機工作原理：

淀粉原料被送入喂料口后，在刺輥作用下被粉碎成絲狀，并被帶進錐磨座。在螺旋軸的推動下，被擠進由錐磨內外殼形成的狹小縫隙中，在錐磨內殼的轉動作用下物料進一步被擠壓、粉碎、研磨，從而使淀粉從纖維上游離出來。被研磨后的物料擠進分離筒后在攪拌軸的作用下與水充分混合，其中游離的淀粉溶入水中，通過分離篩流出并被收集待用，剩余的渣滓在攪拌軸的推進下，被推出分離筒外。

The rem aining dregs are pushed out of the separator under the promotion of the mixing shaft.
