It is m ainly used in cleaning raw m aterials (m aterials) of potato starch, potato powder and other complete production lines. The m achine adopts the principle of counter current washing. The m aterial (potato) flows into the roller cage of the cleaning m achine from the inlet and goes to the outlet along with the spiral sliver. The water in the cleaning tank, in the roller cage, reacts with the spiral twisted strip to the inlet of the cleaning m achine and moves in reverse direction with the m aterial (potato). The cleaning effect is good, which can remove mud and sand.
Potato washing m achine can clean, lift and transport fresh potato to starch m achine.
The sweet potato flows through a certain slope of the cleaning groove. In the cleaning groove, the sweet potato is soaked in water, and a considerable part of the large soil attached to the s u r f a c e falls off. Then, the sweet potato is sent to the cleaning m achine. After 2 or 3 times of cleaning, the sweet potato is sent to the next process or transported to the storage hopper by the inclined conveyor belt for standby. Two or three plate type cleaning m achines are used in series in the imported complete set of equipment. The m ain advantages of the cleaning m achine are that it can meet the design requirements, and the cleaning effect is good. After cleaning, it can carry out continuous production, reduce the size of the equipment, s i m p l e structure, less water consumption, and reduce the da m age rate of sweet potato.
主要應(yīng)用于薯類淀粉、馬鈴薯全粉等成套生產(chǎn)線中的原料（物料）清洗。該機(jī)采用逆流洗滌原理，物料（薯類）從進(jìn)口流入清洗機(jī)滾籠內(nèi)隨螺旋絞條至出口，而清洗槽內(nèi)的水，在滾籠內(nèi)螺旋絞條的反作用向清洗機(jī)進(jìn)口，與物料（薯類）逆向運(yùn)動(dòng)，清洗效果好，可除泥、除砂。
洗薯機(jī),可將鮮薯清洗、提升、輸送至淀粉機(jī)。
紅薯通過(guò)一定斜度的清洗溝槽流送，在清洗溝槽中紅薯被水浸泡附著在表面的相當(dāng)一部分大塊泥土脫落，之后紅薯被送人清洗機(jī)內(nèi)，經(jīng)過(guò)2次或3次清洗后，被送人下一道工序或通過(guò)傾斜式輸送帶輸送到貯存料斗中備用。引進(jìn)成套設(shè)備中清洗工藝采用2臺(tái)或3臺(tái)板式清洗機(jī)串聯(lián)。清洗機(jī)主要的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是，能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，清洗效果較好，清洗后，可以進(jìn)行連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，能夠使設(shè)備尺寸縮小，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，耗水量少，使紅薯的破損率降低等。





生產(chǎn)各種洗薯機(jī),紅薯洗薯機(jī),土豆洗薯機(jī),紅薯清洗機(jī),土豆清洗機(jī),螺旋清洗機(jī)。

清洗機(jī)由機(jī)架、主軸、滾籠、螺旋絞條、清洗槽及傳動(dòng)件組成，整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)精簡(jiǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)合理，運(yùn)行平，物料破碎率低，節(jié)能節(jié)水。

在清洗工作時(shí)，物料輸送到轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的滾籠內(nèi)，物料隨螺旋絞條滾動(dòng)前移，移至滾籠出口處，固定在滾籠出口端的料斗將洗凈的物料舀至機(jī)外的輸送帶上，連接不斷地將經(jīng)過(guò)逆向水流清洗干凈的物料送至下道工序。
