1. When using the separator, the disc clearance should be adjusted to about 0.5mm.  the bearing of the sa me type should be replaced in time; the pulverizing unit works If it is found that the a mmeter of the crushing separator is overloaded for a long time, the feeding a mount of the cleaning m achine should be adjusted.

Special attention is: Planer separator and grinding separator must strictly prevent iron and stone and other hard debris into the m achine, so as to avoid da m age to m achine parts.

2. Main points for m aintenance and repair of the whole m achine: lubricating oil and grease should be added to the drive bearings of sm all potato milling equipment, Calcium based grease should be added once every 48 hours of operation, and the whole m achine should be m aintained regularly once a month;

All electrical equipment and driving belts on the single m achine of pulverizing unit shall not be wet or watered, after the potato flour milling unit is out of service, the whole m achine should be repaired and m aintained, and the bearing should be cleaned and filled with lubricating oil and grease. All electrical equipment should be provided with moisture-proof measures to avoid affecting the perform ance and service life of the equipment.
