The m achine integrates sm ashing and multi-stage separation of fresh potato into one. The grinding and separation are carried out continuously. The oxidized browning in the process of starch extraction is avoided. The produced starch is white and delicate. The powder products processed with this starch are white, bright and transparent, and their value is doubled compared with ordinary flour products.
The powder is fine and uniform, and the free rate of starch is high. The sm ashing part adopts nail roller, which cuts the fresh potato into silk flakes through a high-speed rotating roller, with less fine slag and no mesh blockage, which is conducive to the extraction of starch. At the s a me time, the nail thorn is sharp and wear-resistant, and there is no need for punching (forging) roller to ensure the continuity of operation.
