UH-818 是一款100% 固含、反應型熱熔聚氨酯（HMPUR）膠粘劑，專為紡織品內(nèi)衣定制化復合工藝生產(chǎn)線而設計的。粘接性能高于傳統(tǒng)硅膠。

UH-818 is a solvent-free reactive hotmelt polyurethane (UHPUR) adhesive，specially designed for underwear/bras application.

粘劑強度好： 該產(chǎn)品能夠?qū)Π◤椥阅猃埐荚趦?nèi)的紡織品面料有很好的附著力

Adhesion:   This product has great adhesion on nylon and  other textile meterials.

開放時間：UH-818在環(huán)境溫度下(23^oC )的開放時間長,  在使用環(huán)境溫度15-35 ^oC下不透膠，點膠膠條光滑美觀。

Open time：This product shows long open time， beautiful glue-line appearance,  no penetration through fabrics when used at ambient temperature between 15-35 ^oC

使用溫度低：UH-818膠線擠出為100-110^oC ，壓合溫度在40-60^oC 之間。 

Low temperature use: This product can be used at as low as 100-110^oC,  the press temperature is about 40-60^oC.

回彈性能好：產(chǎn)品UH-818具有較好的柔軟性及回彈性能,  完美取代鋼圈和硅膠工藝。

Soft and elastics： UH-818  has good elasticity and softness after fully cured and it is idea product as replacement for metal ring and silicon adhesive.

真空包裝于20公斤鋁箔袋中，包裝內(nèi)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)強化防結(jié)皮處理。

Packed in 20kg  straight container with aluminum foil liner . Product is special treated to prevent from skining.

始終貯存在原裝密閉的容器中,  產(chǎn)品需室內(nèi)保存，避免與潮氣接觸。開桶的產(chǎn)品應盡快用完. 

Always keep material in closed container and store the package in dry condition. Do not exposure to wet or any moisture. The opened package shall be used as soon as possible

UH-818  可以在 0-35 ^oC溫度下密封干燥貯存6個月, 不會影響使用性能。 

This product can be stored under sealed、 dried condition for 6 months at  0-35 ^oC .

影響產(chǎn)品的粘結(jié)質(zhì)量的因素很多，除了膠粘劑本身因素外還常常與基材來源， 批次變化，基材表面特性（如處理劑、材料厚度、脫模劑、平整度）設備的溫度設置 、實際膠溫、溫濕度變化、上膠量、膠點大小、過濾系統(tǒng)、預熱基材程度、壓合條件、操作人員技能、操作規(guī)范、機器工況、 養(yǎng)生條件（溫度+濕度+時間）等有關(guān)。要求用戶在批量生產(chǎn)前先做樣板測試，待確認后再做大貨，必要時可以告知我方共同參與測試以保證粘接品質(zhì)。                                                                                                                       Many factors could have impact to product quality, we strongly suggest do trial test before massive production.
