鋼帶增強(qiáng)PE螺旋纏繞波紋管洛陽梓哲管材供應(yīng)800mm地埋式波紋管承插式鋼帶波紋管其壁厚為14mm左右,別看其壁厚單薄,但是鋼帶波紋管的生產(chǎn)工藝造就了他不同于其它管材的質(zhì)量,DN800mm承插式排污鋼帶波紋管采用了U型鋼帶復(fù)合PE材料,使管材在不增加成本的前提下大幅度提高環(huán)鋼度,同等重量情況下比纏繞管,克拉管強(qiáng)度大幅度提高。

鋼帶增強(qiáng)聚乙烯螺旋波紋管是用連續(xù)鋼帶壓成近似“U”形的螺旋鋼肋,再將其纏繞在內(nèi)外兩層熱熔接的聚乙烯間而形成的(如圖所示)。其生產(chǎn)工藝由我國自主開發(fā),包括6個(gè)步驟:

1、碳素鋼帶預(yù)先進(jìn)行樹脂涂塑,以保證鋼塑粘接;
2、一臺(tái)擠出機(jī)擠出聚乙烯帶料,然后纏繞并熔接成型管材的內(nèi)層;
3、涂塑鋼帶通過成型機(jī),被壓彎成橫向斷面為“U”形、縱向呈螺旋形的鋼肋,然后纏繞并熔接在聚乙烯內(nèi)層之外;
4、另外一臺(tái)擠出機(jī)擠出聚乙烯帶料,然后纏繞并熔接成型管材的外層;
5、通過各部分溫度、壓力和速度的控制保證各層熔接成一個(gè)牢固的整體;(各層的復(fù)合是在塑料熔融狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行的;與纏繞管(中空壁管)二次融化成型完全不同,因此各層之間完全粘合,牢度非常高。鋼帶表面進(jìn)行特殊預(yù)處理,以增強(qiáng)鋼材的防腐蝕能力以及鋼材和塑料的粘合力,提高剝離強(qiáng)度。在塑料原料充分熔融的狀態(tài)下纏繞成型,管材的整體結(jié)構(gòu)牢固可靠。由于采用特殊材料和工藝既解決了鋼板防腐問題也解決了鋼板與PE材料的粘合度,使管道的使用壽命和純塑料管道一樣,保證在50年以上。)
6、進(jìn)行管材連續(xù)性纏繞成型,達(dá)到要求長度后鋸切。

3. The plastic coated steel strip is pressed and bent into a steel rib with "U" transverse section and spiral longitudinal section through the forming machine, and then wound and welded outside the polyethylene inner layer;
4. Another extruder extrudes the polyethylene tape, and then winds and melts the outer layer of the formed pipe;
5. Ensure that each layer is welded into a solid whole through the control of temperature, pressure and speed of each part( The lamination of each layer is carried out in the molten state of plastic; It is completely different from the secondary melting forming of winding pipe (hollow wall pipe), so the layers are completely bonded and the fastness is very high. The surface of the steel strip is specially pretreated to enhance the anti-corrosion ability of the steel and the adhesion between steel and plastic, and improve the peel strength. When the plastic raw materials are fully melted, the overall structure of the pipe is firm and reliable. The use of special materials and processes not only solves the problem of anti-corrosion of steel plate, but also solves the adhesion between steel plate and PE material, so that the service life of the pipeline is the same as that of pure plastic pipeline, which is guaranteed to be more than 50 years.)
6. Carry out continuous winding forming of pipes, and saw and cut after reaching the required length.
