1、鋼骨架聚乙烯復合管管道連接前應(yīng)對管材、管件及附屬設(shè)備按設(shè)計要求進行核對,并應(yīng)在施工現(xiàn)場進行外觀檢查,當符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《燃氣用鋼骨架聚乙烯塑料復合管》CJ/T125、和《燃氣用鋼骨架聚乙烯塑料復合管件》CJ/T126、的要求時方可使用.
2、鋼骨架聚乙烯復合管管道連接應(yīng)采用電熱熔連接和法蘭連接,不得采用螺紋連接和粘接.鋼骨架聚乙烯復合管管道與金屬管管道連接,必須采用鋼塑過渡接頭或法蘭連接.當采用法蘭連接時宜設(shè)置檢查井.
3、對鋼骨架聚乙烯復合管管道不同的連接形式,應(yīng)采用對應(yīng)的專用連接工具.連接時,不得使用明火加熱.
4、鋼骨架聚乙烯復合管管道連接的操作工人,在上崗前應(yīng)經(jīng)過專門培訓,經(jīng)考試和技術(shù)評定合格后方可上崗操作.
5、在惡劣氣候條件下(-5℃以下)進行連接操作時,應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的保護措施或調(diào)整連接工藝.
6、當鋼骨架聚乙烯復合管材、管件存放處與施工現(xiàn)場溫差較大時,在連接前應(yīng)將管材和管件在施工現(xiàn)場放置一定時間,使其溫度接近施工現(xiàn)場溫度.
7、鋼骨架聚乙烯復合管管道連接前,管端應(yīng)清理潔凈.每次收工時,管口應(yīng)臨時封堵.
