安裝說明如下Installation instructions are as follows：

1.準(zhǔn)備工作/Preparation

1.1檢查所配玻璃鋼外殼適用的規(guī)格和尺寸與電纜的外徑和中間頭的配合尺寸是否吻合；

Check the applicable specifications and dimensions of the FRP housing to see if consistent with the outside diameter of the cable and the matching size of the middle head.

1.2檢查玻璃鋼外殼的密封材料(哈呋開口的密封墊，玻璃鋼外殼兩端口與電纜的密封材料：帶材)是否充足；

Check whether the sealing material of the FRP housing (Hafuran open gasket, FRP housing two ends and cable sealing material: strip) is sufficient

1.3檢查高壓電纜密封膠兩組份電纜膠包裝是否完整，組份的數(shù)量是否充足；

Check whether the packing of the two-component cable sealant is complete and the quantity of the components is sufficient;

2.玻璃鋼外殼的裝配/Assembly of FRP housing

對(duì)待安裝的玻璃鋼外殼的中間接頭段清潔處理，裝上玻璃鋼外殼的上下半，引出同軸電纜或接地電纜，上緊若干個(gè)螺栓，防爆盒兩端口和同軸電纜或接地電纜必須先做密封處理(包防水密封帶材)；

2.1拿一個(gè)干凈的桶，將兩組份高壓電纜密封(AB膠）倒在干凈的桶中，合在一起用電動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)攪拌均勻；

2.2灌膠：灌膠要注意它的連續(xù)性，每組膠灌入的間隔的時(shí)間越短越好；灌膠時(shí)請(qǐng)注意漏膠；

注意：高壓電纜密封膠的雙組份電纜膠在其固化過程中略有些體積膨脹，所以不能灌的太滿，一般灌到低于灌膠口上沿20至30mm的高度；
