液壓泵內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)圖一般低粘度的基礎(chǔ)油適用于低溫、高速;高粘度的適用于高溫、高負荷。不同牌子的潤滑脂是不能混合的,而且,即使是同種增稠劑的潤滑脂,也會因添加劑不同相互帶來壞影響。使用感應(yīng)加熱器加熱的優(yōu)勢:可以快速、可靠、干凈的將軸承加熱到所需要的溫度,由于被加熱的只是內(nèi)圈,而外圈的受熱度很少,這樣可以很容易的安裝于軸上,也容易裝入座孔中。加熱的溫度要控制好,溫度過高TIMKEN軸承會受到損傷,溫度過低則套圈膨脹量不足,效果不顯著?!?℃的加熱溫度所得的內(nèi)圈內(nèi)徑的熱膨脹量,這對于具有一般過盈量的軸承而言,已經(jīng)是足夠了。一旦到達所要求的加熱溫度,就要盡快地進行安裝,以免冷卻而發(fā)生安裝困難。動作要求熟練、迅速和準(zhǔn)確。單向軸承在冷卻時在寬度方向也有收縮,因此安裝時要施加一定的壓力將內(nèi)圈向肩部壓緊,并且在冷卻后用極薄的塞尺試作檢測,是否在內(nèi)圈端面與軸肩之間出現(xiàn)了間隙。軸承需要加熱,可以參考以上方法。在加熱過程一定要注意控制溫度,保證TIMKEN軸承的正常安裝。
