排量是指泵(或馬達)每轉(zhuǎn)一周,由密封容腔幾何尺寸變化而得的排出(或輸入)液體的體積,常用單位是ml/r(毫升/轉(zhuǎn))。排量可以通過調(diào)節(jié)發(fā)生變化的成為變量泵(或變量馬達),排量不能變化的成為定量泵(或定量馬達)。一觀肉眼觀察石材的表面結(jié)構(gòu)一般來說,均勻的細料結(jié)構(gòu)的石材具有細膩的質(zhì)感,為石材之佳品;粗粒及不等粒結(jié)構(gòu)的石材其外觀效果較差。另外,石材由于地質(zhì)作用的影響常在其中產(chǎn)生一些細微裂縫,石材最易沿這些部位發(fā)生破裂,應(yīng)注意剔除。至于缺棱角更是影響美觀,選擇時尤應(yīng)注意。二量量石材的尺寸規(guī)格以免影響拼接,或造成拼接后的圖案、花紋、線條變形,影響裝飾效果。三聽聽石材的敲擊聲音一般而言,質(zhì)量好的石材其敲擊聲清脆悅耳;相反,若石材內(nèi)部存在輕微裂隙或因風(fēng)化導(dǎo)致顆粒間接觸變松,則敲擊聲粗啞。

驅(qū)動軸與泵端應(yīng)保持5~10mm距離;fag軸承中振動的產(chǎn)生一般來說,滾動軸承本身不產(chǎn)生噪音。通常感覺到的軸承噪音事實上是軸承直接或間接地與周圍結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生振動的聲音效應(yīng)。這就是為什么許多時候噪音問題可被視為涉及到整個軸承應(yīng)用的振動問題。因加載滾動體數(shù)量變化而產(chǎn)生的激振:當(dāng)一個徑向負荷加載于某個fag軸承時,其承載負荷的滾動體數(shù)量在運行中會稍有變化,這引起了負荷方向的偏移。由此產(chǎn)生的振動是不可避免的,但可通過軸向預(yù)加載來減輕,加載于所有滾動體(不適用于圓柱滾子軸承)。
