分割臺(tái)內(nèi)部使用三片式平面離合齒窗執(zhí)行分割與定位，分割精度高達(dá)±4弧秒以內(nèi)，重現(xiàn)精度更可達(dá)±1弧秒以內(nèi)，經(jīng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的使用後，仍能維持其高精密度。
