用途：

WNG 型濃縮池刮泥機用于污水處理廠重力式污泥濃縮池，將濃縮污泥刮集至池底中心集泥坑，以便進步作污泥脫水處理。

構(gòu)造及工作過程：
WNG 系列濃縮池刮泥機為懸掛中心傳動，如圖 1 所示，由帶電動機立式減速器、帶外齒的回轉(zhuǎn)軸承、主軸、刮臂、刮板、濃集柵條、穩(wěn)流筒、控制柜等組成。

刮臂在傳動裝置帶動下繞池中心軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)，刮臂上的刮板將沉積在池底的污泥由外向內(nèi)推向池心集泥坑當(dāng)運行過程中，由于刮板、刮臂受異物卡塞或積泥過多等意外原因?qū)е聜鲃舆^扭，在其扭矩達到設(shè)定值時，過扭保護機構(gòu)動作，切斷電源，自動報警停機。

特點：
1、傳動環(huán)節(jié)少，機械效率高，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊；
2、 根據(jù)需要可設(shè)過扭保護機構(gòu)，當(dāng)扭矩達到設(shè)定值時自動報警停機，保證設(shè)備安 全可 靠運行；
3、 主軸采用剛度大的管式構(gòu)造，池底不設(shè)軸承，根除了環(huán)境較壞的池底維護工作。
