所有的混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件在生產(chǎn)的時(shí)候都需要用到脫模劑或其他順滑濟(jì)，混凝土下水檢查井模具的時(shí)候也不例外。生產(chǎn)之前，首先在檢查井模具上均勻的涂一層脫模劑，可以避免混凝土與模具粘連，以免造成脫模困難的問題。

   由于混凝土下水檢查井模具的面積是比較大的，使用脫模劑來進(jìn)行脫模的話可能會增加一定的成本，為了降低成本，今天，為大家分享一個(gè)小妙招，可以使用機(jī)油跟柴油調(diào)和來取代脫模劑，再購買一個(gè)噴槍，這樣以來使用起來非常方便，還可減少勞動力，而且油噴在模具上非常均勻，沒有氣泡。有的朋友可能會想用機(jī)油的話生產(chǎn)出來的檢查井會不會變黑，其實(shí)呢，檢查井是埋于地面以下的一種產(chǎn)品，不需要太高的美觀度，使用新機(jī)油的話是不太明顯的，所以無妨，目前，全國各地也使用檢查井模具都是選擇這種方法來進(jìn)行脫模的，既省錢又好用。
