搪瓷管經(jīng)900℃高溫焙燒，冷卻后搪瓷與鋼板粘結(jié)在一起。由于搪瓷的線膨脹系數(shù)和延伸率小于鋼板，因此冷卻后搪玻璃的變形量小于鋼板的變形量，搪瓷受到鋼板的約束產(chǎn)生壓應(yīng)力。搪瓷管制成后，其搪玻璃即存在預壓縮應(yīng)力，而鋼板則存在預拉伸應(yīng)力。

鍋爐事故處理

緊急停爐步驟：

1.鍋爐達到緊急停爐條件并確定后。立即停止向爐內(nèi)給煤、給風，（流化床結(jié)焦可暫不停一次風機）

2.將各自動改為手動操作，控制好汽包水位、床溫、汽溫、汽壓，根據(jù)汽溫關(guān)小或關(guān)閉減溫水總門。

3.給水門關(guān)閉后，鍋爐停止上水，開啟省煤器再循環(huán)（省煤器爆時除外）。

4.若尾部煙道再燃燒應(yīng)立即停止風機的，密閉煙風擋板，嚴禁通風。

5.迅速采取措施消除故障，作好恢復準備工作，匯報上級，記錄故障情況。

6.短時無法恢復時，上水至汽包高水位（爐管爆不能維持水位時除外），關(guān)給水門、聯(lián)系汽機停給水泵，關(guān)連排、加藥、取樣二次門。

燃燒事故鍋爐滅火

現(xiàn)象：

1.爐溫急劇下降，燃燒室變暗，看不見火焰。

2.燃燒室負壓顯著增大。

3.蒸汽流量急劇減小，蒸汽壓力和溫度下降。

4.水位瞬間下降而后上升。

原因：

1.給煤機斷煤后，未能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和調(diào)整或誤操作。

2.煤質(zhì)突然變劣，揮發(fā)份或發(fā)熱量過低而未及時調(diào)整。

3.自動裝置失誤或調(diào)整幅度過大。

4.鍋爐嚴重爆管。

5.由于加煤過多而滅火。
