本公司生產(chǎn)的流化床包衣機(jī)的底噴裝置是由一個(gè)圓錐形的物料槽及內(nèi)置的圓柱形隔圈組成，物料槽底部裝有不同直徑分布孔的導(dǎo)流板，以分隔圈內(nèi)外的氣流狀態(tài)。隔圈內(nèi)氣流 大，物料在隔圈內(nèi)高速向上運(yùn)動(dòng)，進(jìn)入擴(kuò)展室后落入隔圈外，隔圈外物料自動(dòng)流入隔圈內(nèi)，如此循環(huán)。加液霧化噴嘴安裝導(dǎo)流板中心，噴嘴自下向上噴液，方向與物料、氣流方向一致。底噴主要用于各種微丸及細(xì)粒的功能性包衣。
