公路中央防撞墻鋼模具的制作包括了底板和弧壁還有模具腔，兩個第三側(cè)壁設(shè)置在底板的兩側(cè)，第一弧壁和第二弧壁設(shè)置在底板上且處于兩個第三側(cè)壁之間，第一弧壁、第二弧壁和兩個第三側(cè)壁圍繞在底板上形成模具腔。整個防撞墻模具為弧形，第一弧壁與第二弧壁同圓心，第一弧壁的長度長于第二弧壁。底板上設(shè)有多個凸棱和多個凹槽，凸棱與凹槽之間相互間隔排列。凸棱為弧形凸棱，凸棱與第一弧壁同軸線。底板上設(shè)有四個凸棱，凸棱的長度依次減小，靠近第二弧壁的凸棱長度最小。預(yù)制混凝土塊模具進一步包括多個凸起，凸起設(shè)置在第一弧壁、第二弧壁和兩個第三側(cè)壁的頂部，便于使用者在起模過程中拿起模具。與現(xiàn)有技術(shù)相比，這種新的公路中央防撞墻鋼模具更有益于在實際的生產(chǎn)操作中。The production of steel mold for highway central anti-collision wall includes bottom plate, arc wall and mold cavity. Two third side walls are set on both sides of the bottom plate. The first arc wall and the second arc wall are set on the bottom plate and between the two third side walls. The first arc wall, the second arc wall and the two third side walls form mold cavity around the bottom plate. The first arc wall and the second arc wall have the same center, and the length of the first arc wall is longer than the second arc wall. The bottom plate is provided with a plurality of convex edges and a plurality of grooves, and the convex edges and the grooves are arranged at intervals. The convex edge is an arc convex edge, and the convex edge is coaxial with the first arc wall.
