水泥防浪塊模具主要是在海邊使用的，而防浪石鋼模具的生產(chǎn)需要依靠專業(yè)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)才可以，尤其是中空式防浪塊，內(nèi)部呈現(xiàn)的形狀需要依靠折彎技術(shù)，尤其是圓孔的設(shè)計(jì)。水泥防浪塊模具主要的就是起到緩沖海水、海浪的作用，鋪設(shè)在沙灘的上圍，海浪的沖擊力非常大，所以對(duì)于防浪塊的重量要求都有嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，混凝土重量需要達(dá)到300公斤以上，所以模具在制作的時(shí)候就要求體積大，內(nèi)部呈現(xiàn)中空的形狀，用于起到緩沖。防浪石的生產(chǎn)一般都是靠近沿海地區(qū)的預(yù)制廠，為了減少運(yùn)輸成本以及保證預(yù)制塊的完整性。防浪石模具的主體結(jié)構(gòu)是按照防浪石預(yù)制塊大小選擇，因?yàn)榉览耸撃＞叩纳a(chǎn)完全參照的所需要的預(yù)制塊形狀，除了三角形外，還有正方形、波浪形等等，全部用于海邊緩沖海浪用的，所以一般都呈現(xiàn)交叉口。Cement anti wave block mold is mainly used in the seaside, and the production of anti wave stone steel mold needs to rely on professional production technology, especially the hollow anti wave block, the internal shape needs to rely on bending technology, especially the design of round hole.
