河壩階梯式護(hù)坡模具裝配是模具制造過程中的關(guān)鍵工作，裝配質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響到制件的質(zhì)量、模具本身的工作狀態(tài)及使用壽命。河壩階梯式護(hù)坡模具裝配工作主要包括兩個(gè)方面：一是將加工好的模具零件按圖紙要求進(jìn)行組圭、部裝乃至總體的裝配；二是在裝配過程中進(jìn)行一部分補(bǔ)充加工，如配作、配修等。 階梯式護(hù)坡模具屬于單件生產(chǎn)類型，所以河壩階梯式護(hù)坡模具裝配大都采用集中裝配的形式。所謂集中裝配，是指從模具零件組裝成部件或模具的全過程，由一個(gè)工人或一組工人在固定地點(diǎn)來完成。有時(shí)因交貨期短，也可將模具裝配的全部工作適當(dāng)分散為各種部件的裝配和總裝配，由一組工人在固定地點(diǎn)合作完成模具的裝配工作，此種裝配形式稱為分散裝配。The assembly of stepped slope protection mould is the key work in the process of mould manufacturing.
