蓄水池模具屬于大型的鋼模具,是用人工材料修建、具有防滲作用的蓄水設(shè)施。因?yàn)樾钏乜梢孕藿ㄔ诘厣匣蛘叩叵?,所以蓄水池模具分為敞開式模具和封閉式模具,按形狀特點(diǎn)分為方形和圓形兩種,按建筑材料不同又可分為磚池和混凝土池等等。基本上市場(chǎng)上需要的蓄水池都是采取圓形的生產(chǎn)方式,施工簡(jiǎn)單,操作方便。保定樂豐模具廠目前生產(chǎn)的蓄水池模具而言,高度一般達(dá)到了3米多高,模具內(nèi)徑在6-8米之間,而且每套模具分為多塊小模具組合在一起的,這樣的設(shè)計(jì)就是方便施工。

開敞式蓄水池池體由池底和池墻兩部分組成,它多是季節(jié)性蓄水池,不具備防凍、防蒸發(fā)功效。根據(jù)地理位置的需求在設(shè)計(jì)圓形或方形的蓄水池模具,但圓形池結(jié)構(gòu)受力條件好,在相同蓄水量條件下所用建筑材料較省,投資較少。封閉式蓄水池池體大部分設(shè)在地面以下,它增加了防凍保溫功效,保溫防凍層厚度設(shè)計(jì)要根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚯闆r和*大動(dòng)土層深度確定,以保證池水不發(fā)生結(jié)冰和凍脹破壞,封閉式蓄水池結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,投資比開敞式蓄水池多。
