剛玉澆注料產(chǎn)品介紹

剛玉質(zhì)產(chǎn)品是我公司的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)品，包括有剛玉澆注料，剛玉可塑料，剛玉搗打料，剛玉耐磨料，剛玉質(zhì)產(chǎn)品采用 Al2O3含量大于90%，以剛玉為主晶相的耐火制品并配入適量的分散劑、促凝劑、不銹鋼纖維、按嚴(yán)格的配方復(fù)合而成。具有高溫強度好、耐磨抗沖刷、高導(dǎo)熱、抗熱震、耐腐蝕、密封性好速凝早強等諸多特點。產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于循環(huán)流化床鍋爐，冶金、石油化工，火電等行業(yè)領(lǐng)域。

（ 1）在澆注料中加入一定比例鋼纖維及外加劑，可生產(chǎn)具有熱穩(wěn)定性好，耐磨性強的鋼纖維澆注料，用于加熱爐爐床，出鋼槽及水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯窯口等部位。

（ 2）根據(jù)用戶要求，選用本系列澆注料可來圖加工各種予制構(gòu)件

剛玉質(zhì)耐火澆注料以電熔剛玉為主要原料，配以多種超細(xì)粉和高效添加劑復(fù)合而成。主要特點是強度高、體積穩(wěn)定性好、抗侵蝕性能優(yōu)異，不受 H2、CO等還原性氣體的影響等特性。
