淀粉機工作原理:
淀粉原料被送入喂料口后,在刺輥作用下被粉碎成絲狀,并被帶進錐磨座。在螺旋軸的推動下,被擠進由錐磨內(nèi)外殼形成的狹小縫隙中,在錐磨內(nèi)殼的轉(zhuǎn)動作用下物料進一步被擠壓、粉碎、研磨,從而使淀粉從纖維上游離出來。被研磨后的物料擠進分離筒后在攪拌軸的作用下與水充分混合,其中游離的淀粉溶入水中,通過分離篩流出并被收集待用,剩余的渣滓在攪拌軸的推進下,被推出分離筒外。
