一、進(jìn)口泄氮閥產(chǎn)品描述

德國(guó)LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口泄氮閥是自主開(kāi)發(fā)、研制的一套自力式微壓力控制系統(tǒng),主要用于保持容器頂部保護(hù)氣(一般為氮?dú)?的壓力恒定,以避免容器內(nèi)物料與空氣直接接觸,防止物料揮發(fā)、被氧化,以及容器的安全。特別適用于各類大型儲(chǔ)罐的氣封保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。

該產(chǎn)品具有節(jié)能、動(dòng)作靈敏、運(yùn)行可靠、操作與維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工等行業(yè)。

Locke nitrogen relief valve imported from Germany is a set of self operated micro pressure control system independently developed and developed. 1、無(wú)需外加能源,能在無(wú)電、無(wú)氣的場(chǎng)合工作,既方便又節(jié)約能源,降低成本。

2、氮封裝置供氮,泄氮壓力設(shè)定方便,可在連續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的條件下進(jìn)行。

3、壓力檢測(cè)膜片有效面積大,設(shè)定彈簧剛度小、動(dòng)作靈敏、裝置工作平衡。

4、采用無(wú)填料設(shè)計(jì),閥桿所受磨擦力小、反應(yīng)迅速、控制精度高。

5、供氮裝置采用指揮器操作,減壓比可達(dá)100:1,減壓效果好、控制精度高。

6、為確保儲(chǔ)罐的安全,需在罐頂設(shè)置呼吸閥。

7、呼吸閥公起安全作用,避免了常規(guī)氮封裝置中啟閉頻繁易損壞的缺陷。

、進(jìn)口泄氮閥工作原理:

供氮裝置,將設(shè)在罐頂?shù)娜狐c(diǎn)的介質(zhì)經(jīng)導(dǎo)壓管引入檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu),介質(zhì)在檢測(cè)元件上產(chǎn)生一個(gè)作用力與與彈簧、預(yù)緊力相平衡。當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力降低至低于供氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點(diǎn)時(shí),平衡破壞,使指揮器閥芯,打開(kāi),使閥前氣體經(jīng)減壓閥,節(jié)流閥、進(jìn)入主閥執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)上、下膜室,打開(kāi)主閥閥芯,向罐內(nèi)充注氮?dú)?;?dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力升至供氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點(diǎn),由于預(yù)設(shè)彈簧力,關(guān)閉指揮器閥芯、由于主閥執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)中的彈簧作用,關(guān)閉主閥,停止供氮。

泄氮裝置,該裝置采用內(nèi)反饋結(jié)構(gòu),介質(zhì)直接經(jīng)閥蓋進(jìn)入檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu),介質(zhì)在檢測(cè)元件上產(chǎn)生一個(gè)作用力與預(yù)設(shè)彈簧、預(yù)緊力相平衡。當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力升高至高于泄氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點(diǎn)時(shí),平衡被破壞,使閥芯上移,打開(kāi)閥門,向外界泄放氮?dú)?;?dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力降至泄氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點(diǎn),由于預(yù)設(shè)彈簧力作用,關(guān)閉閥門。

因微壓調(diào)節(jié)閥必須使用在壓力為0.1Mpa壓力以下,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)壓力較高,必須安裝壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥將壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥將壓力降低至0.1Mpa以下才可使用。氮封閥公稱壓力都為0.1Mpa,壓力可按分段設(shè)定,從0.5Kpa至66 Kpa以下,介質(zhì)溫度溫度≤80℃。

The device adopts an internal feedback structure, and the medium directly enters the detection mechanism through the valve cover. The medium generates a force on the detection element to balance with the preset spring and pre tightening force. When the pressure in the tank is higher than the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, the balance is destroyed, which makes the valve core move upward, open the valve and release nitrogen to the outside; when the pressure in the tank drops to the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, the valve is closed due to the preset spring force.

Because the micro pressure regulating valve must be used under the pressure of 0.1MPa and the field pressure is high, the pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to below 0.1MPa before it can be used. The nominal pressure of nitrogen seal valve is 0.1MPa, the pressure can be set in sections, from 0.5kpa to below 66kpa, and the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃.
