三、進口泄氮閥主要特點：

四、進口泄氮閥工作原理：

供氮裝置，將設(shè)在罐頂?shù)娜狐c的介質(zhì)經(jīng)導(dǎo)壓管引入檢測機構(gòu)，介質(zhì)在檢測元件上產(chǎn)生一個作用力與與彈簧、預(yù)緊力相平衡。當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力降低至低于供氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點時，平衡破壞，使指揮器閥芯，打開，使閥前氣體經(jīng)減壓閥，節(jié)流閥、進入主閥執(zhí)行機構(gòu)上、下膜室，打開主閥閥芯，向罐內(nèi)充注氮氣；當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力升至供氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點，由于預(yù)設(shè)彈簧力，關(guān)閉指揮器閥芯、由于主閥執(zhí)行機構(gòu)中的彈簧作用，關(guān)閉主閥，停止供氮。

泄氮裝置，該裝置采用內(nèi)反饋結(jié)構(gòu)，介質(zhì)直接經(jīng)閥蓋進入檢測機構(gòu)，介質(zhì)在檢測元件上產(chǎn)生一個作用力與預(yù)設(shè)彈簧、預(yù)緊力相平衡。當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力升高至高于泄氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點時，平衡被破壞，使閥芯上移，打開閥門，向外界泄放氮氣；當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力降至泄氮裝置壓力設(shè)定點，由于預(yù)設(shè)彈簧力作用，關(guān)閉閥門。

因微壓調(diào)節(jié)閥必須使用在壓力為0.1Mpa壓力以下，現(xiàn)場壓力較高，必須安裝壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥將壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥將壓力降低至0.1Mpa以下才可使用。氮封閥公稱壓力都為0.1Mpa，壓力可按分段設(shè)定，從0.5Kpa至66 Kpa以下，介質(zhì)溫度溫度≤80℃。

The device adopts an internal feedback structure, and the medium directly enters the detection mechanism through the valve cover. The medium generates a force on the detection element to balance with the preset spring and pre tightening force. When the pressure in the tank is higher than the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, the balance is destroyed, which makes the valve core move upward, open the valve and release nitrogen to the outside; when the pressure in the tank drops to the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, the valve is closed due to the preset spring force.

Because the micro pressure regulating valve must be used under the pressure of 0.1MPa and the field pressure is high, the pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to below 0.1MPa before it can be used. The nominal pressure of nitrogen seal valve is 0.1MPa, the pressure can be set in sections, from 0.5kpa to below 66kpa, and the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃.
