一、進口氮封裝置產(chǎn)品描述
德國LOCKE洛克進口氮封裝置主要用于儲罐頂部氮氣壓力恒定控制,以保護罐內(nèi)物料不被氮化及儲罐安全。氮封裝置由快速泄放閥及微壓調(diào)節(jié)閥兩大部分組成??焖傩狗砰y由壓力控制器及單座切斷閥組成。
儲罐內(nèi)壓力升高至設定壓力時,快速泄放閥迅速開啟,將罐內(nèi)多余壓力泄放。微壓調(diào)節(jié)閥在儲罐內(nèi)壓力降低時,開啟閥門,向罐內(nèi)充注氮氣。因微壓調(diào)節(jié)閥必須使用在壓力為0.1Mpa壓力以下,現(xiàn)場壓力較高,必須安裝壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥。
氮封裝置的供(泄)氮壓力設定方便,且可在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的條件下進行;氮氣壓力設定范圍廣,低至0.5Kpa(50mm.w.c),高至Kpa,比值達132倍,壓力檢測膜片有效面積大,設定彈簧剛度小,動作極靈敏。
供氮壓力調(diào)整:在微壓調(diào)節(jié)閥壓力調(diào)節(jié)范圍內(nèi)選定一設定值如1Kpa(100mm.w.c),通過調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)整螺絲2以改變彈簧3的預壓縮(拉伸)量來達到;
泄氮壓力調(diào)整:在快速泄放閥在的壓力控制器部分,通過調(diào)整座3,改變彈簧4預壓縮量達到。一般為避免氮封裝置啟閉頻繁,泄氮設定值應遠離供氮壓力值,如2Kpa(200mm.w.c);
呼吸閥高定值調(diào)整:在上述兩設定值調(diào)整好后,為避免呼吸閥啟閉頻繁,呼吸閥設定值應大于泄壓設定值。
The nitrogen sealing device imported from Germany locke is mainly used for constant control of nitrogen pressure at the top of storage tank to protect the materials in the tank from nitriding and the safety of the storage tank. The nitrogen sealing device consists of two parts: quick relief valve and micro pressure regulating valve. The quick relief valve consists of a pressure controller and a single block valve.
When the pressure in the tank rises to the set pressure, the quick relief valve will open quickly to release the excess pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the tank decreases, open the valve and fill the tank with nitrogen. Because the micro pressure control valve must be used under the pressure of 0.1MPa, and the field pressure is high, the pressure regulating valve must be installed.
The nitrogen supply (discharge) pressure setting of nitrogen sealing device is convenient, and can be carried out under the condition of continuous production; the nitrogen pressure setting range is wide, as low as 0.5kpa (50 mm. W.C), as high as kPa, the ratio is 132 times, the effective area of pressure detection diaphragm is large, the setting spring stiffness is small, and the action is very flexible.
Nitrogen supply pressure adjustment: select a set value such as 1kPa (100 mm. W.C) within the pressure regulation range of the micro pressure regulating valve, and adjust the adjusting screw 2 to change the pre compression (stretching) amount of spring 3;
Nitrogen relief pressure adjustment: in the pressure controller part of the quick relief valve, the preloading shrinkage of spring 4 is changed by adjusting seat 3. Generally, in order to avoid frequent opening and closing of nitrogen sealing device, the set value of nitrogen release should be far away from the nitrogen supply pressure value, such as 2KPa (200MW. C);
High set value adjustment of breathing valve: after the above two setting values are adjusted, in order to avoid frequent opening and closing of breathing valve, the set value of breathing valve shall be greater than the set value of pressure relief.

三、進口氮封裝置優(yōu)點:
a.無需外加能源,能在無電、無氣的場合工作,既方便又節(jié)約能源,降低成本。
b.氮封裝置供氮,泄氮壓力設定方便,可在連續(xù)經(jīng)營的條件下進行。
c.壓力檢測膜片有效面積大,設定彈簧剛度小、動作靈敏、裝置工作平衡。
d.采用無填料設計,閥桿所受磨擦力小、反應迅速、控制精度高。
e.供氮裝置采用指揮器操作,減壓比可達100:1,減壓效果好、控制精度高。
f.為確保儲罐的安全,需在罐頂設置呼吸閥。
g.呼吸閥公起安全作用,避免了常規(guī)氮封裝置中啟閉頻繁易損壞的缺陷。

g. The breathing valve is safe to avoid the defect of frequent opening and closing in the conventional nitrogen sealing device.
四、進口氮封裝置結(jié)構(gòu)說明:
供氮裝置,將設在罐頂?shù)娜狐c的介質(zhì)經(jīng)導壓管引入檢測機構(gòu),介質(zhì)在檢測元件上產(chǎn)生一個作用力與與彈簧、預緊力相平衡。
當罐內(nèi)壓力降低至低于供氮裝置壓力設定點時,平衡破壞,使指揮器閥芯,打開,使閥前氣體經(jīng)減壓閥,節(jié)流閥、進入主閥執(zhí)行機構(gòu)上、下膜室,打開主閥閥芯,向罐內(nèi)充注氮氣;當罐內(nèi)壓力升至供氮裝置壓力設定點,由于預設彈簧力,關(guān)閉指揮器閥芯、由于主閥執(zhí)行機構(gòu)中的彈簧作用,關(guān)閉主閥,停止供氮。
泄氮裝置,該裝置采用內(nèi)反饋結(jié)構(gòu),介質(zhì)直接經(jīng)閥蓋進入檢測機構(gòu),介質(zhì)在檢測元件上產(chǎn)生一個作用力與預設彈簧預緊力相平衡。當罐內(nèi)壓力升高至高于泄氮裝置壓力設定點時,平衡被破壞,使閥芯上移,打開閥門,向外界泄放氮氣;當罐內(nèi)壓力降至泄氮裝置壓力設定點,由于預設彈簧力作用,關(guān)閉閥門。
In the nitrogen supply device, the medium at the pressure measuring point on the top of the tank is introduced into the detection mechanism through the pressure pipe. A force generated by the medium on the detection element is balanced with the spring and preload force.
When the pressure in the tank is lower than the pressure set point of the nitrogen supply device, the balance is broken, and the valve core of the command device is opened, so that the gas in front of the valve enters the upper and lower membrane chambers of the main valve actuator through the pressure reducing valve and throttle valve, and then the main valve is filled with nitrogen by opening the valve core of the main valve; when the pressure in the tank rises to the pressure setting point of the nitrogen supply device, the valve core of the command device is closed due to the preset spring force The spring action in the actuator closes the main valve and stops nitrogen supply.
The device adopts internal feedback structure, the medium enters the detection mechanism directly through the valve cover, and the medium produces a force on the detection element to balance with the preset spring pre tightening force. When the pressure in the tank is higher than the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, the balance is destroyed, which makes the valve core move upward, open the valve and release nitrogen to the outside; when the pressure in the tank drops to the pressure set point of the nitrogen relief device, the valve is closed due to the preset spring force.
