扭王字塊模具在加工制作完成以后需要使用合理的手段來養(yǎng)護模具，避免模具過早的老化，能夠有效延長鋼模具的使用壽命，鋼模具的保養(yǎng)方式與塑料模具是有所不同的，這是由它的材質(zhì)決定的，首先，遮板鋼模具在周期使用之后需要磨刃口，否則容易出現(xiàn)混凝土料堵口的狀況，我們要每天對模具的狀況進行記錄，詳細記載它的使用狀況以及養(yǎng)護情況；其次，我們在發(fā)現(xiàn)模具的組件或者零件有損壞的時候就要進行及時處理，將能夠更換的零件進行更換，不能更換的就要進行修補，保證模具能夠在正常運轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下進行生產(chǎn)；再次要注意遮板鋼模具的磨損程度，找到模具的型腔和分型面的損壞位置，對其進行維修，而作為在預(yù)制過程當(dāng)中比較容易被損壞的彈簧，我們要提前準(zhǔn)備好備用的零件，使用同樣的規(guī)格和尺寸進行更換。
