1.泵起動前應(yīng)將泵內(nèi)灌滿加足輸送的液體，嚴禁無液起動。

5.介質(zhì)中如含有固體顆粒時，應(yīng)在泵入口處加過濾器。

(4)高速泵及低速泵：高速達24000r/min，低速5—10r/min；機械密封又叫端面密封，在國家有關(guān)標準中是這樣定義的：“由至少一對垂直于旋轉(zhuǎn)軸線的端面在流體壓力和補償機構(gòu)彈力（或磁力）的作用以及輔助密封的配合下保持貼合并相對滑動而構(gòu)成的防止流體泄漏的裝置。
(5)精1確的計量泵：流量的計量精度達±0.3%；
(6)高粘度泵：粘度達數(shù)千帕秒（Pa·s）。
