圓柱鋼模板在脫模完成后是需要進(jìn)行檢查的，因為一些錯誤的操作，或者是沒有按照使用方式進(jìn)行加工，有可能會造成鋼模板老化的情況，而鋼模板的持續(xù)使用時間一般都是在兩三年，那么在制作時模具過早出現(xiàn)老化的問題，就會影響到整個的鋼模板不能夠再正常進(jìn)行使用，頻繁的更換也會增加模板的更換率，那么模具在使用完成后就需要注意好模具的保護(hù)。需要先將整個圓柱鋼模板拆開，然后檢查模具的內(nèi)部有沒有出現(xiàn)生銹和變形的問題，接著先將模具表面的浮土清理干凈，可以使用抹布進(jìn)行擦拭，如果出現(xiàn)了泥漿粘連嚴(yán)重的情況，就可以將清潔劑在泥漿粘連的地方進(jìn)行涂刷，等待兩三分鐘后就可以使用鏟子將泥漿清楚，并且來使用刷子為模具進(jìn)行清理這樣就可以了。清潔干凈的模具也要選擇一處穩(wěn)定的倉庫進(jìn)行存放，鋼模具如果是在潮濕的環(huán)境進(jìn)行存放或者是使用的話，就會加重圓柱鋼模板生銹的問題，造成模具使用時間的減短，自然生產(chǎn)效果也就達(dá)不到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
