一、進(jìn)口保溫止回閥工作原理：

進(jìn)口保溫止回閥通常用在輸送常溫下會(huì)凝固的高粘度介質(zhì),保溫止回閥的夾套焊裝于閥門的兩法蘭之間，閥門的側(cè)面或底部設(shè)置有夾套的連接口,可自由的接入循環(huán)蒸汽、導(dǎo)熱油或其它能保溫保溫介質(zhì)，確保粘稠介質(zhì)可順暢地通過閥門。具有良好的保溫保冷特性，同時(shí)又能有效降低管路中介質(zhì)熱量損失。保溫夾套止回閥采用整體式夾套結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，更能均勻地保溫、保冷，夾套采用碳素鋼管焊接比鑄造的更加耐壓牢固。 夾套、閥體外側(cè)與夾套接管焊接，允許蒸汽或冷水的最高壓力為1MPa。 

The imported heat preservation check valve is usually used to transport the high viscosity medium that will solidify under normal temperature. The jacket of the heat preservation check valve is welded between the two flanges of the valve. The side or bottom of the valve is provided with a jacket connection port, which can be freely connected to the circulating steam, heat transfer oil or other heat preservation and temperature preservation medium, so as to ensure that the viscous medium can pass through the valve smoothly. It has good heat preservation and cold insulation characteristics, and can effectively reduce the medium heat loss in the pipeline. The insulation jacket check valve adopts the integral jacket structure design, which can more evenly heat and cool. The jacket adopts carbon steel pipe welding, which is more pressure resistant and firm than the cast one. The jacket and the outside of the valve body are welded with the jacket pipe, and the maximum allowable pressure of steam or cold water is 1MPa.
