本配置方案以滿足年產(chǎn)鑄件2000噸產(chǎn)能設(shè)計(jì)布線，選用新型樹脂砂再生成套設(shè)備組成流水線作業(yè)，總脫膜率10-20%，舊砂回收再生率≥95%，舊砂處理能力5噸/小時(shí)。配備混砂能力10噸/小時(shí)的雙臂式混砂機(jī)，可覆蓋約10m2地面造型面積，除塵設(shè)備可按客戶需求進(jìn)行選配布袋式或?yàn)V芯式。

    This scheme meets the design and layout of annual production capacity of 2,000 tons of castings, and selects new resin sand recycling equipment to form assembly line operation. The total stripping rate is 10-20%, the old sand recycling rate is ≥95%, and the old sand processing capacity is 5-ton/ hour. The double-arm sand mixer with 10 tons/hour of sand mixing capacity can cover about 10m2 of ground molding area. The dust removal equipment can be equipped with bag type or filter type according to customers' requirements.
