德國(guó)LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口低溫不銹鋼止回閥是指依靠介質(zhì)本身流動(dòng)而自動(dòng)開、閉閥瓣，用來防止介質(zhì)倒流的閥門，又稱逆止閥、單向閥、逆流閥、和背壓閥。止回閥屬于一種自動(dòng)閥門，其主要作用是防止介質(zhì)倒流、防止泵及驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn)，以及容器介質(zhì)的泄放。止回閥還可用于給其中的壓力可能升至超過系統(tǒng)壓的輔助系統(tǒng)提供補(bǔ)給的管路上。止回閥主要可分為旋啟式止回閥（依重心旋轉(zhuǎn)）與升降式止回閥（沿軸線移動(dòng)）。

The low temperature stainless steel check valve imported from Germany locke refers to the valve which automatically opens and closes the valve disc depending on the flow of the medium itself, which is used to prevent the backflow of medium, also known as check valve, one-way valve, counter flow valve and back pressure valve. Check valve is a kind of automatic valve. Its main function is to prevent the reverse flow of medium, reverse rotation of pump and drive motor, and discharge of container medium. The check valve can also be used to supply the auxiliary system in which the pressure may rise above the system pressure. Check valve can be divided into swing check valve (rotating according to the center of gravity) and lifting check valve (moving along the axis).

The imported low temperature stainless steel check valve adopts cryogenic stainless steel as the main material, which can completely avoid the seal deformation and leakage in the process of use. The asbestos impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene is used as the filler and flexible graphite as the sealing material. This material is impermeable to gas and liquid. It has 10% - 15% elasticity in the thickness direction and can be sealed with low tightening pressure. It has self-lubricating property. As a packing, it can prevent the wear of packing and valve rod.

四、進(jìn)口低溫不銹鋼止回閥安裝與維護(hù)：

1,本閥門通路兩端須堵塞，存在干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)。如長(zhǎng)期存放，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。

2,安裝前應(yīng)將閥門清洗干凈，并消除在運(yùn)輸過程中造成的缺陷。

3,安裝時(shí)必須仔細(xì)核對(duì)閥門上的標(biāo)志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。

4,升降式垂直瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在垂直管道上。

5,升降式水平瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在水平管道上。

6,在管線中不要使止回閥承受重量，大型的止回閥應(yīng)獨(dú)立支撐，使之不受管系產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。

7,安裝止回閥時(shí)，應(yīng)特別注意介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向，應(yīng)使介質(zhì)正常流動(dòng)方向與閥體上指示的箭頭方向相一致，否則就會(huì)截?cái)嘟橘|(zhì)的正常流動(dòng)。底閥應(yīng)安裝在水泵吸水管路的底端。

8,通式升降式止回閥應(yīng)安裝于水平管路上,立式升降式止回閥和底閥一般安裝在垂直管路上,并且介質(zhì)自下而上流動(dòng)。

9,止回閥關(guān)閉時(shí)，會(huì)在管路中產(chǎn)生水錘壓力，嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)導(dǎo)致閥門、管路或設(shè)備的損壞，尤其對(duì)于大口管路或高壓管路，故應(yīng)引起止回閥選用者的高度注意。

2. The valve should be cleaned before installation, and the defects caused during transportation should be eliminated.

3. Carefully check whether the signs and nameplates on the valve meet the use requirements during installation.

4. Lift type vertical disc check valve shall be installed on vertical pipe.

5. Lift type horizontal disc check valve shall be installed on horizontal pipeline.

6. Do not make the check valve bear the weight in the pipeline. The large check valve should be independently supported to prevent it from being affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system.

7. When installing the check valve, special attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off. The bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the water pump suction pipe.

8. The general lifting check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipeline, while the vertical lifting check valve and bottom valve are generally installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.

9. When the check valve is closed, there will be water hammer pressure in the pipeline, which will cause damage to the valve, pipeline or equipment in serious cases, especially for the large opening pipeline or high pressure pipeline, so it should be paid great attention by the check valve selector.
