一、進(jìn)口高溫高壓閘閥產(chǎn)品描述：

德國《LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口高溫高壓閘閥(High temperature high pressure valve)是最常用的截?cái)嚅y之一，主要用來接通或截?cái)喙苈分械慕橘|(zhì)，不適用于調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)流量。閘閥適用的壓力、溫度及口徑范圍很大，尤其適用于中、大口徑的管道。進(jìn)口高溫高壓閘閥主要適用于火力發(fā)電站、核電站、石油化工及其它一般工業(yè)方面的耐高溫高壓環(huán)境。  

The high temperature high pressure valve imported from lock, Germany, is one of the most commonly used block valves. It is mainly used to connect or block the medium in the pipeline and is not suitable for regulating the medium flow. Gate valve is suitable for a wide range of pressure, temperature and caliber, especially for medium and large caliber pipes. 二、進(jìn)口高溫高壓閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1、進(jìn)口高溫高壓閘閥中腔采用壓力自緊式密封結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)腔壓力越高密封性能越好，支管兩端為焊接連接，適應(yīng)不同的接管要求。  

2、閘板和閥座的密封面采用司太立鈷基硬質(zhì)合金堆焊而成，運(yùn)動密封硬度高，耐磨、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、抗擦傷性能好，使用壽命長。  

3、閥桿經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)和表面氮化處理，有良好的抗腐蝕性和抗擦傷性。  

4、電動閥門的開啟和關(guān)閉由電動裝置來控制，電動裝置分別配有專用電機(jī)、減速器、轉(zhuǎn)矩控制機(jī)構(gòu)，現(xiàn)場操作機(jī)構(gòu)，手、電動切換機(jī)構(gòu)。除就地操作外，還可進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)距離操作。

1. The middle chamber of the imported high temperature and high pressure gate valve adopts the pressure self tightening sealing structure. The higher the inner chamber pressure is, the better the sealing performance is. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded to meet the different requirements of the connecting pipe.

2. The sealing surface of the ram and the valve seat is made of Stellite cobalt base hardmetal by overlaying welding. The hardness of the moving seal is high, the wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance are good, and the service life is long.

3. After tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve rod has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

4. The opening and closing of electric valve are controlled by electric device, which is equipped with special motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, field operation mechanism, manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to local operation, remote operation can also be carried out.

三、進(jìn)口高溫高壓閘閥工作原理：

1、采用壓力自緊式密封結(jié)構(gòu)，彈性閘板，兩端支管為焊接連。

2、閥座密封面采用鈷基硬質(zhì)合金等離子噴焊而成，耐磨、抗擦傷性能好。

閥瓣密封面經(jīng)硬化氮化處理。

3、閥桿表面經(jīng)抗蝕性氮化處理，有良好的抗腐蝕和抗擦傷性。

4、閥門的開啟和關(guān)閉由電動裝置來控制，電動裝置分別配有專用電機(jī)，減速器、轉(zhuǎn)矩控制機(jī)構(gòu)、現(xiàn)場操作機(jī)構(gòu)、手、電動切換機(jī)構(gòu)，除就地操作外還可進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)距離操作。

4. The opening and closing of the valve are controlled by an electric device equipped with a special motor, a reducer, a torque control mechanism, a field operation mechanism, a manual and an electric switching mechanism, which can operate remotely in addition to the local operation.
