一、進(jìn)口全自動(dòng)反沖洗排污過(guò)濾器概述：

德國(guó)《LOCKE》洛克-進(jìn)口全自動(dòng)反沖洗排污過(guò)濾器采用高強(qiáng)度的不銹鋼網(wǎng)，具有處理量大，使用壽命長(zhǎng)、清洗效率高等特點(diǎn)。本機(jī)采用智能壓差控制、定時(shí)控制自動(dòng)反沖洗過(guò)濾網(wǎng)。當(dāng)過(guò)濾器進(jìn)出口壓差達(dá)設(shè)定值或定時(shí)器達(dá)到設(shè)定時(shí)間時(shí)，電動(dòng)控制箱發(fā)出信號(hào)驅(qū)動(dòng)閥門轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，同時(shí)排污閥打開(kāi)。這時(shí)水流被迫從過(guò)濾網(wǎng)筒的入口段孔進(jìn)入濾筒外側(cè)與殼體夾層，反向從濾網(wǎng)外側(cè)沖洗粘附在網(wǎng)孔上的雜質(zhì)，達(dá)到清潔過(guò)濾網(wǎng)的目的，當(dāng)過(guò)濾器進(jìn)出口壓差恢復(fù)正常或定時(shí)器設(shè)定時(shí)間結(jié)束后，電機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，電動(dòng)排污閥關(guān)閉。整個(gè)過(guò)程中，液體不斷流，實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)化、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。

At this time, the water flow is forced to enter the interlayer between the outside of the filter drum and the shell from the inlet section hole of the filter drum, and the impurities adhered to the mesh are flushed from the outside of the filter screen in reverse direction, so as to clean the filter screen. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time is over, the motor stops rotating, and the electric drain valve is closed. In the whole process, the liquid is not cut off, realizing continuous and automatic production.

三、進(jìn)口全自動(dòng)反沖洗排污過(guò)濾器工作原理：

1、定時(shí)反沖洗排污：定時(shí)清洗排污，可設(shè)定時(shí)間為2-24小時(shí)動(dòng)作。當(dāng)定時(shí)時(shí)間到，電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器打開(kāi)排污閥，過(guò)濾器進(jìn)行排污30-60秒，然后電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器將轉(zhuǎn)向蝶閥旋轉(zhuǎn)90°至阻擋濾筒位，改變水流途徑，進(jìn)行反沖洗排污30-60秒。轉(zhuǎn)向蝶閥復(fù)位，繼續(xù)排污3-5秒，然后關(guān)閉排污口。

2、壓差控制排污：壓差控制器動(dòng)作值可設(shè)定為0.03-0.07MPa,當(dāng)過(guò)濾器前后壓差達(dá)到壓差控制器設(shè)定值時(shí)，壓差控制器動(dòng)作，過(guò)濾器排污閥開(kāi)啟，30-60秒結(jié)束，轉(zhuǎn)向蝶閥復(fù)位，繼續(xù)排污3-5秒，關(guān)閉排污閥。

3、手動(dòng)控制：通過(guò)控制箱上按鈕，可直接控制清污、排污。

2. Differential pressure control blowdown: the action value of the differential pressure controller can be set to 0.03-0.07mpa. When the differential pressure before and after the filter reaches the set value of the differential pressure controller, the differential pressure controller will act, the filter blowdown valve will open, 30-60 seconds will end, the steering butterfly valve will reset, the blowdown will continue for 3-5 seconds, and the blowdown valve will be closed.

3. Manual control: the button on the control box can directly control the cleaning and blowdown.
