一、進口全自動反沖洗排污過濾器概述：

德國《LOCKE》洛克-進口全自動反沖洗排污過濾器采用高強度的不銹鋼網，具有處理量大，使用壽命長、清洗效率高等特點。本機采用智能壓差控制、定時控制自動反沖洗過濾網。當過濾器進出口壓差達設定值或定時器達到設定時間時，電動控制箱發(fā)出信號驅動閥門轉動，同時排污閥打開。這時水流被迫從過濾網筒的入口段孔進入濾筒外側與殼體夾層，反向從濾網外側沖洗粘附在網孔上的雜質，達到清潔過濾網的目的，當過濾器進出口壓差恢復正?；蚨〞r器設定時間結束后，電機停止轉動，電動排污閥關閉。整個過程中，液體不斷流，實現(xiàn)了連續(xù)化、自動化生產。

At this time, the water flow is forced to enter the interlayer between the outside of the filter drum and the shell from the inlet section hole of the filter drum, and the impurities adhered to the mesh are flushed from the outside of the filter screen in reverse direction, so as to clean the filter screen. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time is over, the motor stops rotating, and the electric drain valve is closed. In the whole process, the liquid is not cut off, realizing continuous and automatic production.

三、進口全自動反沖洗排污過濾器工作原理：

1、定時反沖洗排污：定時清洗排污，可設定時間為2-24小時動作。當定時時間到，電動執(zhí)行器打開排污閥，過濾器進行排污30-60秒，然后電動執(zhí)行器將轉向蝶閥旋轉90°至阻擋濾筒位，改變水流途徑，進行反沖洗排污30-60秒。轉向蝶閥復位，繼續(xù)排污3-5秒，然后關閉排污口。

2、壓差控制排污：壓差控制器動作值可設定為0.03-0.07MPa,當過濾器前后壓差達到壓差控制器設定值時，壓差控制器動作，過濾器排污閥開啟，30-60秒結束，轉向蝶閥復位，繼續(xù)排污3-5秒，關閉排污閥。

3、手動控制：通過控制箱上按鈕，可直接控制清污、排污。

3. Manual control: the button on the control box can directly control the cleaning and blowdown.
