德國《LOCKE》洛克進口雙向壓蝶閥(Dual pressure valve)構(gòu)造合理，密封緊密牢靠、流阻小、壓差低、驅(qū)動靈敏省力，運用壽命倍增。雙公平，即軸向公平，閥軸中心線不在閥板密封面上；徑向公平：閥軸中心線不在閥門通道的中心線上，閥板采用雙平板桁架式多流道構(gòu)造，在流速較高時，各流道水流可以相互制衡，防止閥板呈現(xiàn)哆嗦景象，確保閥門的穩(wěn)定性。特殊的設計，特殊的幾何構(gòu)造，使閥板具有越關越緊的功用，當翻開閥門時，只需閥軸略微旋轉(zhuǎn)，閥板即全部脫離閥座，增加了摩擦力，使開啟力矩出現(xiàn)最小最佳形態(tài)，密封嚴實牢靠，經(jīng)久耐用。

四、進口雙向壓蝶閥技術規(guī)范描述 :

1、蝶閥為雙向承壓，雙向不銹鋼金屬硬密封，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊、重量輕、操作方便，性能可靠，功能齊全，造型美觀大方，便于維修。

2、蝶板密封圈在蝶閥安裝后，在閥體內(nèi)均可容易更換和調(diào)整。

3、蝶閥蝶板采用的是平衡形結(jié)構(gòu)，此結(jié)構(gòu)剛度好，過流面積大，流阻小，這樣在閥門全開時，不易產(chǎn)生抖動現(xiàn)象，全關時，能有效的阻止密封圈的過度變形，防止損壞整個密封圈導致閥門泄漏。
