一、進口襯氟蝶閥產品簡介：

德國《LOCKE》洛克進口襯氟蝶閥閥座與閥體內襯一體化，閥門工作時只有全塑閥座與襯塑蝶板與介質接觸閥門可承受襯里材料介紹的介質腐蝕。采用四極密封結構并在密封面處配以耐溫抗老化的SI橡膠的彈性襯墊，完全達到介質的零泄漏具有嚴密的密封性能超長的使用壽命；

二、進口襯氟蝶閥結構特點：

1、中線蝶閥為整個蝶板與閥座在360°圓周內同心（中線），具有雙向密封功能壓力、流量可自由調節(jié)；    

2、偏心蝶閥為二維方向偏心產品的凸輪效應會使密封副產生足夠的密封比壓。并且隨著工作壓力的升高密封效果更理想；。

3、四級加載彈性密封保證了閥門內、外的零泄漏。

三、進口襯氟蝶閥安裝于維護：

1、在安裝時，閥瓣要停在關閉的位置上。

2、開啟位置應按蝶板的旋轉角度來確定。

3、帶有旁通閥的蝶閥，開啟前應先打開旁通閥。

4、應按制造廠的安裝說明書進行安裝，重量大的蝶閥，應設置牢固的基礎。

5、蝶閥的蝶板安裝于管道的直徑方向。在蝶閥閥體圓柱形通道內，圓盤形蝶板繞著軸線旋轉，旋轉角度為 0°~90° 之間，旋轉到 90° 時，閥門則牌全開狀態(tài)。

6、如果要求蝶閥作為流量控制使用，主要的是正確選擇閥門的尺寸和類型。蝶閥的結構原理尤其適合制作大口徑閥門。蝶閥不僅在石油、煤氣、化工、水處理等一般工業(yè)上得到廣泛應用，而且還應用于熱電站的冷卻水系統(tǒng)。

7、常用的蝶閥有對夾式蝶閥和法蘭式蝶閥兩種。對夾式蝶閥是用雙頭螺栓將閥門連接在兩管道法蘭之間，法蘭式蝶閥是閥門上帶有法蘭，用螺栓將閥門上兩端法蘭連接在管道法蘭上。
