一、進口氣動蝶閥產(chǎn)品簡介：

德國《LOCKE》洛克進口氣動蝶閥氣動執(zhí)行器拔叉式傳動，結構合理，輸出扭矩大，有雙作用式和單作用式蝶閥主要結構特征為對夾式和法蘭三偏心式結構,閥體周邊帶凸耳設計成帶螺孔單法蘭結構。三偏心結構,密封性能可靠，確保開啟時蝶閥不接觸密封座，消除了密封座不均勻負載，延長了使用壽命，確?？煽康拿芊庑阅?，具有耐高溫、耐磨損、耐腐蝕等優(yōu)點。蝶閥廣泛應用于石油、化工即工業(yè)環(huán)境水處理、高層建筑，給排水等管道上。

Locke pneumatic butterfly valve, imported from Germany, is driven by fork out actuator, with reasonable structure and large output torque. The main structural features of double acting and single acting butterfly valves are wafer type and flange three eccentric structure. The valve body is designed as a single flange structure with screw holes with lugs around. 二、進口氣動蝶閥安裝說明：  

1、蝶閥在安裝時，閥瓣要停在關閉的位置上。

2、蝶閥開啟位置應按蝶板的旋轉角度來確定。

3、蝶閥帶有旁通閥的蝶閥，開啟前應先打開旁通閥。

4、蝶閥應按制造廠的安裝廠家進行安裝，重量大的蝶閥，應設置牢固的基礎。

1. When the butterfly valve is installed, the disc shall be stopped at the closed position.

2. The opening position of butterfly valve shall be determined according to the rotation angle of butterfly plate.

3. For butterfly valve with bypass valve, the bypass valve shall be opened before opening.

4. The butterfly valve shall be installed according to the manufacturer's installation manufacturer, and the heavy butterfly valve shall be provided with a solid foundation.

三、進口氣動蝶閥結構特點：

1、本閥采用雙偏心結構，具有越關越緊的密封功能，密封性能可靠。
