水泥水槽模具   混凝土水槽模具的表面處理技術(shù)有很多,但最早的還是這種模具的表面處理技術(shù),是通過表面涂覆、表面改性或復(fù)合處理技術(shù),改變模具表面的形態(tài)、化學(xué)成分、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和應(yīng)力狀態(tài),以獲得所需表面性能的系統(tǒng)工程。目前在水泥水槽模具   混凝土水槽模具制造中應(yīng)用較多的主要是滲氮、滲碳和硬化膜沉積。由于滲氮技術(shù)可形成優(yōu)良性能的表面,并且滲氮工藝與模具鋼的淬火工藝有良好的協(xié)調(diào)性,同時滲氮溫度低,滲氮后不需激烈冷卻,模具的變形極小,因此模具的表面強化是采用滲氮技術(shù)較早,也是應(yīng)用最廣泛的。There are many surface treatment technologies for cement water tank mold and concrete water tank mold, but the earliest one is the surface treatment technology of this mold.
