鐵路遮板模具模具的成型工藝主要有兩種，一種是現(xiàn)澆，這種工藝指的是現(xiàn)將模具在特定的地方加以固定，然后在模具與墻體間注入適量的混凝土，待其成型，取其模具。另一種是預(yù)制模具。這種工藝，通常是先將模具制作而成，然后在模具內(nèi)側(cè)注入適量混凝土，等待成型，拆掉模具。鐵路遮板模具的成型工藝就是第二種成型工藝。這樣生產(chǎn)出來的遮板更為細(xì)致，穩(wěn)定性較高，不易變形，更符合市場的需求。如何讓客戶正確使用遮板鋼模具是我們廠家的責(zé)任，關(guān)于鋼模具漏漿的問題大大影響了遮板鋼模具的發(fā)展，造成漏漿的最主要的原因是焊接的時(shí)候沒能做到每個(gè)面的百分百的銜接，工人的粗心大意，其次是螺栓卡扣安裝的不穩(wěn)固。還有就是鋼模具生銹的問題，鋼模具雖然比塑料模具抗摔，抗壓也抗腐蝕，但是最脆弱的一點(diǎn)就是怕生銹，一旦生銹再生產(chǎn)水泥預(yù)制件尺寸就會(huì)不規(guī)整，表面效果也會(huì)大打折扣，所以在使用完模具以后首先將模具里的石灰用掃帚清掃干凈，在用清水沖洗干凈，然后放置在干燥的地方晾干儲(chǔ)存。正確的使用和保養(yǎng)模具會(huì)節(jié)省大量的成本。

Once the rust is produced, the size of cement prefabricated parts will be irregular, and the surface effect will be greatly reduced.
