二、進口蒸汽減壓閥安裝使用：

1、減壓閥前應安裝過濾器，以防介質(zhì)中的雜物進入減壓閥，影響其性能。

2、裝減壓閥之前必須對管路系統(tǒng)進行沖洗清理。以防焊渣，氧化皮等贓物流入閥內(nèi)，影響閥門正常工作。

3、減壓閥在安裝使用時，應把旁通管道的截止閥打開，排除管路中的冷凝水和汽水的混合物，以防減壓閥開啟時產(chǎn)生水圾現(xiàn)象損壞減壓閥，當無異常現(xiàn)象后，按順時針方向緩慢旋轉調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，將出口壓力調(diào)至所需的壓力(以閥后表壓為準)，調(diào)整后，將鎖緊螺母背緊，擰上防護罩。

4、閥應安裝在便于操作和維修的地方，并且必須直立安裝在水平管道上，應注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上箭頭所示方向一致，切勿反裝。

2. Before installing the pressure reducing valve, the pipeline system must be flushed and cleaned. In order to prevent welding slag, oxide skin and other dirt into the valve, affect the normal operation of the valve.

3. When the pressure reducing valve is installed and used, the stop valve of the bypass pipe shall be opened to remove the mixture of condensate and steam water in the pipe, so as to prevent the water waste from damaging the pressure reducing valve when the pressure reducing valve is opened. When there is no abnormal phenomenon, slowly turn the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (the gauge pressure behind the valve shall prevail). After adjustment, back tighten the lock nut , screw on the protective cover.

4. The valve shall be installed in a place convenient for operation and maintenance, and must be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline. Attention shall be paid to make the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and do not reverse install.

三、進口蒸汽減壓閥選型：

3、根據(jù)使用工況需要確定進口壓力和出口壓力。

4、根據(jù)使用介質(zhì)是否有腐蝕性、毒性等確定閥體材質(zhì)。

四、進口蒸汽減壓閥描述：

德國LOCKE洛克進口蒸汽減壓閥是指用于蒸汽管道系統(tǒng)，采用控制閥體內(nèi)的啟閉件的開度來調(diào)節(jié)蒸汽的流量，從而將蒸汽的出口壓力減至并穩(wěn)定在所需要的壓力，從而使得工廠中生產(chǎn)的高壓蒸汽需要經(jīng)過減壓以達到產(chǎn)品和設備的使用要求。
