一、進口襯氟藍式過濾器作用：

進口襯氟藍式過濾器是用來清除腐蝕性介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)，保護泵、閥門及其它設(shè)備的正常使用。一般通水網(wǎng)為20-60目/cm2，通氣網(wǎng)為40-100目/cm2通油網(wǎng)為100-480目/cm2?？筛鶕?jù)介質(zhì)相應(yīng)配置。由于過濾器內(nèi)壁及濾網(wǎng)均采用耐腐蝕性極強的四氟制成，因此該產(chǎn)品被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種腐蝕性管路中。

四、進口襯氟藍式過濾器適合物料： 

a、化工、石油化工生產(chǎn)中的弱腐蝕性物料，如：水、氨、油品、等;

b、化工生產(chǎn)的腐蝕性物料，如燒堿、純堿、濃稀、碳酸、醋酸、酯酸等;

五、進口襯氟籃式過濾器的選用：

①進出口通徑：原則上過濾器的進出口通徑不應(yīng)小于相配套的泵的進口通徑，一般與進口管路口徑一致。

②公稱壓力：按照過濾管路可能出現(xiàn)的最高壓力確定過濾器的壓力等級。

③孔目數(shù)的選擇：主要考慮需攔截的雜質(zhì)粒徑，依據(jù)介質(zhì)流程工藝要求而定。各種規(guī)格濾網(wǎng)可攔截的粒徑尺寸可直接向我司詢問。

④過濾器材質(zhì)：過濾器的材質(zhì)一般選擇與所連接的工藝管道材質(zhì)相同，對于不同的服役條件可考慮選擇鑄鐵、碳鋼、低合金鋼或不銹鋼材質(zhì)的過濾器。

③ Selection of hole number: mainly consider the impurity particle size to be intercepted, which is determined according to the technological requirements of medium process. The interceptable particle size of various specifications of filter screen can be directly inquired from our company.

④ Filter material: the filter material is generally the same as that of the connected process pipe. For different service conditions, the filter of cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel can be selected.
