薯類淀粉生產(chǎn)工藝簡介

我廠是生產(chǎn)國內目前先進的薯類淀粉加工設備，在淀粉生產(chǎn)過程中，薯類經(jīng)過薯類清洗劑、上料機、粉碎機、漿渣分離機，經(jīng)各級輸送泵，輸送到下一道工序，然后經(jīng)過除沙設備，淀粉經(jīng)過脫水設備，真空脫水后成型。不需經(jīng)沉淀池沉淀和吊包，用人少，生產(chǎn)加工成本低，設備投資回收快，有非常高的生產(chǎn)效率，適用于對外加工和開辦小型工廠，不需要大面積生產(chǎn)場地和沉淀池。
