The inspection well mold belongs to the commonly used prefabricated part mold. In the production process, the thickness of the steel plate will be selected according to the specification and size of the inspection well. If the specification of the inspection well is too small, such as the well body with an inner diameter of 50 cm or 70 cm, the 3mm steel plate can be selected for production, so the mold product is light and convenient, and the quality is absolutely no problem. However, if the inspection well with larger production size, such as the well body with an inner diameter of 1.5m or larger, 5mm steel plate must be used. If the steel plate is too thin, there is no way to guarantee the quality, so the selection of steel plate thickness depends on the specification of the inspection well.

In the production process, the external mold and internal mold of inspection well mold are made separately, and the external mold is generally divided into two pieces, because this is fixed by screws, so it is convenient to remove the mold. The internal formwork is generally made into three pieces, two of which are arc-shaped, and the other is trapezoid arc-shaped, which is conducive to rapid formwork removal. Before making the cement parts, if the inner part of the mold is brushed with a layer of oil, it is more favorable for the removal speed. After the use of the mold, it is necessary to clean the inside of the mold for the convenience of next use.
