2.本機(jī)臺(tái)為自動(dòng)化。從原料送入至層品到產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)全程自動(dòng)化作業(yè)。采用超大功率超聲波焊接，將無(wú)紡布的兩端及橡筋有效固定。從原料送入到成品全程自動(dòng)化作,電腦無(wú)極調(diào)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更靈活，全程只需一個(gè)工作人員。
